Enable X11 Forwarding for Putty When Started by WinSCP

In Windows registry, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Sessions\WinSCP%20temporary%20session
add DWORD value X11Forward, set value to 1.
